I'd use the same strategies other content creators have employed to rise to the top. Take advantage of current trends and, if possible, predict them before they even rise, or innovate on a popular trend and bring something fresh.
This is the formula for how anyone becomes majorly successful, really. Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, YouTube's original creators, Ninja, Dream... You predict the next trend, or innovate off the trend. If you can't do either, you won't make it to the top, and should settle for a nice and cozy spot in the middle.
Alternative, you could get really lucky, like being the first generation of English V-Tubers in a company that was already popular with an English audience.
