I haven't watched one of these kind of streams in a while but I remember enjoying Ame's and Gura's a long while ago and they seem like a nice way to relax. I know Pippa also does kind of a book club but I dont think it's the same kinda thing

All the readalongs I know were either a few chapters long paid promotion of english translation or Polka reading uncopyrated classic.
