She's -pretending- to be a horrible artist, which is a lot harder then it sounds. I suspect she's at least good enough to draw manga on some level, and part of drawing like shit is her character, part of it is probably her confidence in herself, it's a lot easier to show someone something you drew when it's intentionally crap, then when you tried on it. Furthermore she's probably not in Ina or Kiara or even Cali's league when it comes to drawing, and frankly being average is worse then being comically bad. So she pretends to be bad at art (she's probably slightly above average)
She also has a pretty large vocabulary, and seems to have some moderate skill toward languages; yes she speaks high school French; but she's also way above the average weeb or anime fan in her comprehension of Japanese, and she talks about studying it... she also has spit some phrases in Spanish and Russian, so i'd say she's not dumb with language.
Furthermore many of her intentional memes are fucking legendary (as legendary as memes get anyway); which shows she's smart enough. I suspect most of her stupidity is born from ADHD
