>>16150074Twitch literally cannot be as effective no matter how good the algorithms are (and as far as I know they are bad) because it has literally like 1% of the user base of youtube. There just aren't enough people around to discover you. Keep in mind that twitch also has a lot of streamers as well, so many in fact that there just aren't enough watchers to go around if all of them were to be even slightly above 2 views.
The numbers are out there so you can check them yourself if you don't believe me. There are obviously success stories on twitch, but these are not the norm. For every successful streamer there are plenty of ones who never get off the ground. That's also true on youtube to some extent, but it's not as severe there because the user base is just ridiculously large.
