Use vods to calculate the possible range, estimate the cull based off of typical watch time per user (11 minutes is what we have on record from Fumi of Nijisanji and 10 minutes from Pikamee, probably way longer for event streams), and compare it to similar pre-cull streams and establish a range you can get a probability distribution. That's too much work to just make an educated guess though. Usually this ends up as being anywhere from 2.8-4.2 times the CCV we see.

The issue I have with this theory is that the VOD views do not track.
If someone like Kiara is actually getting 10k+ on most of her streams (her current numbers x3), then her VODs should have similar counts to consistent 10k+ HoloJPs, but they aren't.

I think making a highlight reel of yourself is too much work on top of daily streams + some people find it cringe to watch themselves.

Holos have paid other people to make highlight clips of themselves before, like Ame and kowkarot, but if you think about it, it's not really worth because any moment you're clipping is already clipped for free by Sushi or someone else.
Unless you transition your channel from a VOD archive channel to a highlights-only channel like Rae and Nyanners, it's hard for your fans to find clips in a sea of VODs anyways.

So, looking at current numbers, I'm pretty sure Susan "fixed" the CCVID already. Meaning, exactly what anons feared happened: they stopped flagging new accounts as bots, but left every single flagged account still flagged. So now we just have permanent one time CCV reduction of up to 90% viewers, which is inconsistent between channels.
