I’ve only ever seen clips of her, and it took a while for me to even know of the sick thing. But the clip of Conner making fun of her breathing machine, and her medicated interactions with him, act as proof leaning towards her being sick.
Medicated talking has a very specific tone, so she’s definitely some kind of drugged in frequently enough.
