What his means is, that for every 10 minutes a poll is up, assuming a 33% poll participation rate, a poll SHOULD garner 33% of the CCV every 10 minutes, and thus 100% of the CCV in an hour. That's in normal circumstances. These are not normal circumstances, and EVERYONE at this point that's watching chubbas is going to know about the CCV and poll fuckery, which is probably going to increase the level of engagement these polls are getting from a baseline 30% to something higher like, 40-50%. If that's the case, then you'd expect the poll to get 100% engagement in ~30 min and ~200% in an hour. Yes, it looks fucky, and I'm of the opinion that at this point he's probably eating a 10% cull, but unless Mysta himself comes out and points to this ringfit stream and says "Yea, it was actually 13-14k people" like Selen did, we can only guess.
