I think I'll make up my mind with the Holotori collab since all the other four birds are actually charismatic and motivated so if she can somehow avoid dragging the whole thing down, I'll be impressed.
But to be fair, I have problems with the EN branch as a whole, the difference is they actually are capable of making me love or hate them while Council I just forget exist most of the time because they are terrible at their job.
