Doesn't help that all that their executives care about is jerking off to better stream technology when they already arguably have the best tech in the business.
Also, ad money on Twitch is absolute garbage, get paid a flat amount no matter what kind of ad runs and having any prerolls play, (and sometimes you can get like 5+ minutes of prerolls) before you can even view a stream drives away a lot of people.
But yeah, I prefer being able to actually watch streams consistently over crossing my fingers and praying I won't be stuck in buffer hell.
