People who aren't fans will never understand that she doesn't show her love for her fans the way the others do, with frequent tweets and superchat reading streams and such, it's not the small gestures, but the commitment to the daily grid and projects are how she shows it, so it hurts her so much when she can't see these things through, as she said last year, it makes her feel like she's not giving enough back.
