What are some vtubers who are like these? They really seem to be unique, I haven't found any indie with similar content yet.

Either stick to what complements the artstyle best or have the balls to create something that's actually experimental without worrying about your how lack of moe will alienate viewers.
Nugumu was the closest thing we ever got but even then it relied on too much cliches. Props for effort though.

Wdym, an anime can be moe but dark and gritty at the same time. Take Higurashi, Corpse Party, Madoka for example. In fact, I think the juxtaposition enhances those anime for what they were going for.

Doing a few 'creative' videos is not enough to be considered experimental/avant-garde. Pomu and Rosemi are normal streamers for the most part. And yeah, I forgot about Tsugu since she's not a streamer and rarely uploads videos, but I guess she counts.
