Some of the best singers have the worst talking voices in terms of general appeal (also look at Enna Alouette or Holo's Moona). I do find it endearing, however. I don't know if Levi does it on purpose but it's definitely debuffing her numbers. Her 3D concert is super good, especially the duets with Yumeoi and Kuzuha; the bridge between both songs is exemplary showmanship:

Moona’s speaking voice isn’t that bad. She just has bad English which makes it hard to listen to her. When speaking indog, I prefer to listen to her over everybody in HoloID.
