I'm not sure who all else would jump in. Maybe Ame and Kronii would be more open to it, after some reservations. Kiara could go either way but she feels like she'd be strongly opinionated with whatever direction she takes. Ina would probably be the most hesitant.

If Holostars EN ever happened, the only people from HoloEN that would do it is probably just Calli and maybe Bae.
The rest probably won't care or they are kinda afraid to do because the incels in the vtubing community that get so mad at the thought of their oshi talking to a guy. It's just a big risk, in group dynamics men are either the focus or they are irrelevant. If HolostarsEn succeeds it will change the culture to be more similar to Nijisanji.

There are only a few exceptions, like a 20% of them being generous (and this was before HoloX, now that number is definitely lower). The names that come to my mind are Fubuki, Festival, Choco, Roboco, Suisei and Sora. All of them have collabed with some of the homos at least once
