Like, between assorted events happening throughout the year that cause ups and downs as well as just slow periods that happen, how would you be able to tell a decline from a cull? The only reason we know for sure for 2020 and 2021 culls in December is becuase they were so DRASTIC.
Like, if Susan is constantly fucking the numbers by 1% a month, we'd never be able to know for sure.
Look, we NEED more data to be sure. If these 'improved numbers' are across the board for everyone (EN+JP) across all kinds of content, then I'm willing to believe that you have a case. For now, hold off on jumping on the idea that there were additional culls throughout 2021 besides the fuckery we DO know about.
