Pekora unironically. She doesn't seem to do it on purpose stoo. Look at her jump king stream or even what happened yesterday on her Pokemon shiny hunting stream(she didn't want to waste a high quality ball so she let the shiny Pokemon kill itself with a struggle move...). Sometimes(more often than not honestly) she makes such dumb moves it's actually frustrating from a viewer standpoint.

Most people who watch vtubers probably game quite a bit while I'm sure most chuubas have barely touched a game in their life outside of streaming. Obviously viewers are going to get frustrated seeing someone fail over and over at something they consider basic.

those who skip the tutorial or just ignore all mechanics and get stuck for hours on obvious things

Mori was one of those at the beginning but she has come a long way since then and she has my respect and akasupas for it
