Depending on the type of content they're consuming, if "forbidden words" and sentences are detected by their "great Firewall" the internet connection is degraded or even cut.
That, of course, doesn't apply to this site because it is more likely than not blocked outright in their country, meaning whatever hostile zhang browses this site is either a fifth column living abroad (where there is no "great firewall", yet) or a local zhang using a VPN.
