Once you start working at your own shrine and when you need to min max, you might want to get a different tablet, but you'll need to splurge a thousand or more.
Honestly they all boil down to different feels of the screen, scratch resistance, how vibrant the colors are, etc. Some tablets feel more slippery. Others feel more "grainy". On some the blues might look different than the blues on other tablets. Or the same issue with any other color. It's all a case of personal preference.
The one thing that some brands really fuck up is the glass distance from the actual digital screen, which makes it awkward to draw because your brush is at a weird position relative to your pen tip.
Ina uses a Wacom most likely because until just a few years ago, there really wasn't any alternatives to choose from. Now there's competition.
