>>1633278Kiara doesn't need saving.
She needs to sit her ass down, assess the last couple of days and pinpoint what she needs to improve on. I want to see her succeed so here's a shortlist:
>Learn about screen resolutions, framerates, refresh rates, vsync, and all other common game/streaming tech terms.>Learn about your own hardware and its limitations (ie. GPU, RAM, etc)Yesterday's Nier stream cast a blinding light on Kiara's lack of knowledge on these matters and how said ignorance can and will affect her work. If this is your job now, you ought to familiarize yourself with your work environment and work tools.
>Work on your room-reading skills. It was once again evident that Kiara's comments were making some of the other members uncomfortable or leaving them at a loss as to how to respond.
>Try and give dead air a chance.Contrary to what the Japanese may think, you don't need to talk every waking second. Silence helps with conversation flow, buildup and delivery. Likewise, try and minimize your talking over others.
>Have presence of mind.Don't start your SC reading right after a single-POV collab within the same stream. Its easy to forget, but there are plenty of people who don't manage to catch every stream live and it can be seen as inconsiderate to delay a VOD that 4 fanbases would be interested in for your own SC reading.
Kiara's improved considerably over the last six months, but the last couple of streams have really highlighted her weaknesses. Now is a great opportunity for her to improve further, but that won't happen if people don't call her out.
