>>16361041When someone has an inexplicable hatred for something that resembles crazed lunacy, to the point where they're unable to even hold a civil conversation or explain in detail what it is they're unhappy about, then what they hate (in a specific instance, not in general) is either a grave moral travesty where lives are urgently at risk and people will be maimed, killed or tortured if nothing is done...or they're just overtly evil people desperately trying to use high minded moral indignation to shift the focus away from themselves so that they can continue to get away with doing whatever it is they've been up to.
These also happen to be the people desperate for power and control in order to insulate themselves from any and all consequences or backlash, which is what makes their crusades such a goddamn annoyance. That's why people brigade against coomers, lolitubers, art of fictional characters, and even Gawr Gura, because it's all a desperate attempt by far worse people to mask their misdeeds with whataboutism.
At this point, I just assume any person screeching at the top of their lungs about furries, pedos, lolicons, brownies or whatever else they're angry about probably has illegal material in their possession and wants desperately to keep everyone else distracted so their number never comes up. But that's just my opinion, and it's a shame nobody does anything about it.
