Company tried to replace her VA sneakily. Fans were confused, found out the truth, felt rightfully betrayed and never came back. OG is back to voicing Kiuzna AI but barely anyone cares about her at this point. She's doing really shitty job at fixing the situation too. Still can't properly admit the fuck up from 1.5 years ago.

If you read comments to her YT vids you'll see that "kizuners" are self-conscious cultists who lash out at anyone who isn't singing praises, making the community even harder to approach. She was unique in 2018 but now we have dozens of vtubers who produce more interesting content.
