1. SOVL. Elicits emotions from the listener.
2. Technique (stability, breath, range, etc.)
3. Vocal color
4. Genre of songs and whether they match the singer's voice
Reading this thread, I'll rate a few vtubers. I may be completely wrong though, I just like listening to vtuber music. If there's little to no comments, I just don't know enough.

A+ (she is able to convey emotions but sometimes sounds like she is focusing on her technique)
A+ (good technique, huge range)
B+ (her voice is rough and loud, which is excellent for some songs and not suited for others. it's not the "cleanest" sounding, may come off as forceful)
S (her original songs all suit her voice. she sings many genres of songs in her karaoke, excluding some cute ones her voice suit regular jpop)
