I don't even dislike Nijis the way irrational Holobronies do and even I can see the central flaw in this logic: The talent who least need a paid vacation are the ones getting it. They can pay for it themselves. Pay for a more modest hot springs resort vacation that is open to more members who work hard for the company but maybe need a break for whatever irl issues they had in the previous year.
