I don't know, I don't really think she would do something like this without permission. She's said before that she talks to management before doing pretty much anything as Towa. She's also done stuff like talk with fans over Apex voice chat on stream, which isn't much different than this, and she obliviously had her managers permission for that since she did it on stream.
