Yes, Affiliates get the 50% sub cut and 24hr vod reupload, but those are the only restrictions they have (Miko is affiliate btw).
So yes, streamlabs is the best and is what 99% of Twitch streamers use, bits are rare as fuck outside of certain region streamers anyway (usually latin and south america). As a side note partners not only get a better sub cut, they also get to get a contract with ad revenue and can take bounties too.
