Pekora is shafted by management yes, but she likes streaming to Nousagi (or puts up a very convincing illusion). Miko likes streaming to 35p, and she is what someone who has genuine health issues but loves streaming actually looks like, not Ayame. There's also Lamy, Rushia, Botan, hell, Roboco, Mel, Choco stream often too even if they usually don't get the bigger numbers. quite a few more who I haven't mentioned. Its not like all of EN needs to be motivated, but without at least a few it becomes difficult to keep excitement.
>>16734022It really depends what the reasons for the lack of motivation are. is it management restrictions? then something 'could' be done. is it lack of permissions for x game they really want? Maybe let the talents assume the risk of the strikes after all and let them play a wider list of games without superchats on, like niji.
I get the strong sense that management is the reason they are so unmotivated, but I can't point to anything concrete aside from the fact that lack of motivation is endemic. If it truly isn't management, and they have just lost their spark, then they're going to have to gamble on a new generation with less of a priority on streamer experience and more of a priority on motivation.
