Not that I hate her or anything. I want Reimu to succeed. But my impression of her is that the personality she presents is too combative and whiney. It kind of filters me a bit since I like a chuuba who is more in the happy go lucky side and/or meloncholy side of things. Maybe if she toned down the aggressiveness and just chilled people may gravitate to her more?

If I was, as a manager, advised to "save" her I'd tell her to play up the spicy grumpy latina character, and push for new outfits so she can get an alternate that suits her better, I'd go for something Dia Del Los Muertos themed but like anything more casual could work.
tell her to not stream so much over Pomu/Selen.
tell her to find a niche and stick to it before she starts branching out.
also more collabs with Vox, she has a good dynamic with him.
