>>16746099>>16745256Panel 1: depicts an Anon in a straightjacket doomposting about the potential arrival of Holostars EN
Panel 2: A chumbud consults a deadbeat and KFP, all three of them donned in professional medical attire, debriefing them on the Anon's mental health diagnosis.
Panel 3: The deadbeat offers additional conjecture and makes an aside regarding the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The KFP interjects with a non-sequitur about the efficacy of the aforementioned medical journal.
Panel 4: Gaymate, a nurse, enters and informs the rest of a Code Gray scenario, in reference to Mori antis and Kiara antis creating bait threads in the catalog, also informing them that the tako has gone to address the issue alongside the Council fans. A footnote is at the bottom to inform the reader what a Code Gray scenario constitutes.
Panel 5: KFP informs Deadbeat that he and Chumbud will inform the meidos about the aforementioned Code Gray scenario (alluding to shitposters), and directs him to keep an eye on things while they're away. Chumbud leaps into actions brandishing a scalpel while shouting "Scalpelmaster!," in reference to Gura's love for the Devil May Cry series of action games.
Panel 6: Gaymate and Deadbeat are alone after the others have left. Gaymate is eyeing Deadbeat suggestively while the Deadbeat appears nonplussed.
Panel 7: Their expressions unchanged, Gaymate makes an advance on Deadbeat. A close-up on their nametag reveals it to be bloodied and belonging to an IRyStocrat, suggesting that the Gaymate is currently falseflagging for attention.
Panel 8: The scene cuts away to the Investigator receiving a call on his cell phone from the Deadbeat, expressing confusion as to how he has his phone number, a running gag involving the Deadbeats having access to everyone else's private information, itself a reference to the deadbeats' reputation in /hlgg/ for making notice of sensitive or otherwise discouraged information regarding their oshi, Mori Calliope, or other hololive talents. The fact that the Investigator uses the word "keep" implies that the Investigator has changed his number multiple times in an attempt to avoid the Deadbeat having it, which could possibly refer to the occasionally vitriolic relationship between deadbeats and teamates in the threads.
Panel 9: We see the Investigator carry out his end of the phone call as the Deadbeat relays the information about the Code Gray scenario, with an additional punchline in the form of revealing that the Gaymates have also appeared and are in need of correction. The Investigator asks the Tako about the status of the Council interns.
Panel 10: The Tako, dressed in a bloody smock, replies cryptically, wherein the punchline is that we are meant to infer that the Council fanbases have either succumbed to the Code Gray outbreak of schizophrenic posters, or that the Tako has somehow seen to their implied demise himself.
I hope this helped.
