(i) New entry of foreign nationals into Japan by the measure (19) is not allowed from November 30 2021. This measure does not apply to foreign nationals who departed from overseas before 00:00 am (JST) on November 30, 2021 and arrive in Japan after the time.
(ii) Receiving an application from a receiving organization to a Ministry in charge of the business and screening them by the ministry before entry into Japan, based on the measure(19), are suspended from November 30 2021. Regarding “specific activities” applied for persons who possess a valid vaccination certificate of COVID-19, these activities by returnees and reentries arriving from 00:00 am (JST) on December 1st, 2021 are not allowed.
