How important would you say that the "character" is to a vtuber - not even necessarily the physical appearance, but the overall kayfabe of being something or someone they're not? Is it better for a vtuber to stick to their fictional story, or would you rather they be more like themselves? Would they lose something if they dropped the story and just went about being more natural aside from using a fake name and appearance?
