It's happening in March right, they still have February to announce 3D unless they just have the event be EN/ID's reveal which would not make any sense given that they would get more money doing the usual 3D reveal streams then go on to do the event.

all non-resident visas (aka those only holding coe) are put on hold currently as far as i know. the only people allowed back into the country are those who're already residents and legal visa holders (and some of my coworkers even struggled to get back in after leaving briefly for the holidays). they're not issuing new visas, even for those originally approved. there are people who've been issued coe for student visas, etc. who've been waiting for the okay to get in the country for over a year now.

As another anon said, they wouldn’t be allowed in even with the visa as the only ones who can currently enter Japan are Japanese citizens coming back or residents who left and have a re-entry permit (a couple of my friends living here left for Christmas and came back that way). But you can’t really come in with a new visa at this point in time, not even with a dependent/family visa.

I actually think the opposite. They've been taking more breaks to get into shape or practice dancing. People take for granted that JPs do that all the time so streaming and lessons aren't a big deal for them. If they're getting 3D in March, twoish months is enough time to get into dancing shape as long as none of them are obese.

The additional cast doesn't have to be live and at the same place. They could literally just make recordings, recorded at different times, and show it during the live. A bit like how the 5th gen was on the remote stage during bloom.
If 3D happens for Holofes it will be like that, you can screenshot this.

Getting 3D and flying to Japan is synonymous for HoloEN.
They can't do a professional 3D tracking setup at home for a multitude of reasons and if they did they wouldn't actually be able to interact with each other physically like the JPs are able to when they do Studio 3D.
And No. A VR Setup is is not remotely the same as a professional 3D motion tracking setup.

Jesus Christ you are dumb. INNK always belonged to Cover. And even if they didn't and Cover got new equipment, that's 1+1=2, not 1+1=3. And they wouldn't dismantle a perfectly functional 3D studio to ship it overseas
