Why can't she take care of herself like an adult? Biggest vtuber in the world with millions of $ earned and still can't take a single visit to the fucking doctor. Eats processed vegan food, downs monsters every day, doesn't shower. She literally quoted her mother saying "Gura you should shower". Lives surrounded by bottles, wrappers and other garbage, once said her dishes grew mold from sitting there so long. Mentioned finding dead mice in her house recently. Never gets enough sleep and is chronically tired on stream, never exercises and has multiple pain and joint issues with her hips, back and ankles cracking loudly any time she does any exercise on stream. Says she has a fainting problem and a dent in her head from wearing her VR headset (still there from a few months ago), complains of constant brain fog and forgetting things.
