In that case a "discussion pertaining to their streams" (which is allowed) inevitably /inadvertently becomes an "IRL discussion", which is not allowed.
So which is it - are IRL discussions regarding what a vtuber says on stream about their IRL self allowed or not? Can someone knowledgeable way in on this?
