Who are the best vtubers to watch if you want to study their playstyles to get better at the game? Or does watching PC gameplay not help for shit if you're a console pleb like me?

If you mean vtuber it's probably Noah, then maybe Sumire and Nose followed by Bora. If you mean female overall, none of the vtubers are even close. Apex is less of who is better and is more of those diagram thingies though, with multifaceted expressions of skill.
