Heres a few reasons why
1. Every content creator follows the 50/25 rule
50% of your audience will actually follow you anywhere you go
but 25% of your audience will actively watch you. Granted there are exceptions to the rule sure, but it isnt often and Mori isnt someone who can be an exception.
2. Her connections while they may be helpful wont do much for her, because Moris personality wont allow her to use them the same way they use her. Connor hit it and quit it because they got the boost they needed, Mori wont get that, she isnt the one that uses, shes the one that gets used. So she'd essentially be back at square one with a 50-75k boost in subs, maybe.
3. Support and profits are two very different things, we don't actually know how much her music has sold and how much is just streamed for free.
She may have a following, but she isnt KSON, she doesnt have this loyal cult that she had that would follow her anywhere, nor was she a target of a severe harassment campaign that sky rocketed her in the eyes of many through sympathy (not noting this as a good or a bad thing but its just a fact), if she were to leave now with her limited knowledge of business and without the safety net of Hololives guaranteed salary she is fuckaroni and cheese
