You are watching a character. Someone who is exaggerating, or even outright falsifying, their personality, personal life, and mannerisms. Not much unlike watching an actor play a character in a TV show. By watching these characters, you're choosing to participate in the lie and suspend your disbelief for entertainment.

To take anything you see on stream as real beyond the bounds of that character is moronic. Do not get lost in the fantasy.
