Artists are huge faggots that go menhera at the drop of a hat. Giving them any attention outside of commission work or getting free shit is a mistake. Don't forget how hololive alternative got sidelined almost immediately after being announced because of a faggot fan artist. Temmie and that one animator who draws holostars a lot could be good collab partners. The latter draws art for Niji too. I'd say Kay Yu too but he seems like someone who doesn't want to get to close to vtubers and would keep a healthy distance. He works on anime a lot too so he's too busy

I don't understand how so many artists can just have such a fucked up business sense when they actually have their foot in the door. Rather than slowly building their rep and getting to know the key people and thus expanding from there, they go all in and start making insane demands that immediately shoots down any chance of future business cooperation.
