I'd imagine this "honorary EN" just stems from ID2 debuted close to Myth and have some shared fanbases and expectations on what should vtubers do, while ID1 is obviously from the pre-EN era and have same set of fans with NijiEN. The cultural gap between HoloEN and ID1 is a bit disheartening because I really wanted Risu to interact with EN more. Reine and Ollie get more mentions from Mori, Kiara and Fauna and the only times Risu gets mentioned is in the middle of nut jokes. Then again, Moona and Yopi get mentioned less.
Anya is literally HoloJP. And that's not a meme, look at the people she chooses to associate with outside of HoloRo and whatever collabs Reine drags her into.
