Also consider that Korone is EN-friendly and a huge westaboo and if they've ever talked about it together Korone's probably gushed about them all. So it's not hard to get that Okayu is fine with the ENs as well, she just sits there doing Okayu things unless someone comes and talks to her.
Mind you Okayu is truly not that confident, she hates the sound of her voice and doesn't think she's a good singer even though her Flos cover is stunningly good, one of the best to ever come from Holo. So she no doubt convinced herself she is not worthy / it'd be improper for her to bother Gura at all unless Gura said something first, and that IS what happened, she friend req'ed Okayu on discord after she won the MK tourney. Not to mention after this people no doubt have been bugging Okayu to respond to her and interact with Gura because it's fucking Gura, and despite the immense immense anti-EN prejudice people here have (mind you some of it is justified as seen in mori's behavior lately) most of the JP fans themselves really like EN.
