It's not like I don't think Nijisanji or Holostars couldn't make a successful guy but the resources that go into debuting a man is the same as debuting a girl. It's not a problem of risk, if they debut a guy they make some cash on the side and call it a day, but they can just add another girl and make a ton of cash easy.
The reason they usually have a male in every batch is that men do fine in other regions, but screencap this, Nijisanji won't have any men in their first batch.
