It's why he sends his fans to spam his memes in the chatrooms of streamers he doesn't know, or sends uncomfortable donations to play in people's chatrooms. Because he genuinely thinks that he's so funny and important that everyone will love it, and is honestly confused when that's not the reaction. He thought that taunting and threatening swatters in Vshojo's name, without asking any of the girls first or even bothering to make sure the information he was reporting was accurate, would actually result in Vshojo singing his praises.
What he wants at the end of the day is to be the protagonist of Vtubing, which is why he has so many videos on his channel now implying that he's friends with members of Nijisanji and Hololive when the most he's ever gotten was a brief acknowledgement from Vox. He literally thinks that if he says it in a video, it'll become true.
