1, it will absolutely happen, it might even become the new Plug n Play. Despite its cruelty, hyperbole, and disquieting sex/drugs/self-harm motif, it genuinely does demonstrates real insight into the female streamer's mind, particularly the pressures and temptations faced and how you might end up if you let yourself become a slave to those pressures and temptations. So they will feel like "it really GETS me", that will be a big draw.
2, it will empower dramafags to shit up the threads a lot, since "streamer playing a game where the main character is a streamer doing constant yabs" is pretty close to "streamer does a yab" and they love that shit.
3, it will be a nothingburger, because nobody in Hololive is even a tenth of the menhera that KAngel is (no, not even Matsuri, you threadreader) so everyone will be able to find it ridiculous, and in a way it might even be less than a nothingburger because seeing your oshi automatically and naturally find KAngel's manipulative actions ridiculous instead of relatable will be reassuring
4, it will be interesting because you can deduce a fair bit about the vtuber's attitude towards streaming by how they react to content in the game (e.g. you can get a lot out of contrasting "Reine's uproarious laughter whenever a fan says SHOW YOUR TITS" with "Reine's panic when the streamer talks about maybe doing a nip slip on purpose", or her "oh no not on MAIN!", and so on)
5, it will be depressing because it will naturally bring about a resurgence in newfags and reddit-tier fans walking around assuming all Holos are NSO-tier menheras and asking to be spoonfed all their most menhera moments
