All you need is a Weakness Exploit 2 charm, or Lv1 with lv2 slot, that should give you already access to the strong sets in the game, just don't play Ranged or Dual Blades because making sets for all elements it's cancer.

Not the Anon you replied to, but Elemental HBG/LBG is very viable with decent decos and gear.

Even more so with Talismans but only if RNG somehow cooperates with you.
