That might not seem impressive but that's in the top 0.33% of videos on youtube that are over 1 million views back in 2014. I wish I had more recent data but couldn't find it. Even being conservative with more popular vtubers out now, and there being at least over 800 videos that have crossed 1 billion views, I think it'd be hard to say there is 1% of youtube videos that have crossed 1 million views given more creators on the platform. At best I'd say there is 0.6% that have accomplished this small feat if it at least outpaces all the new videos released daily.
