1) The audience clearly values Minecraft and Pokemon. See: Flare playing Minecraft vs. Flare playing absolutely anything else, or Fubuki Pokemon streak.
If they were doing ANYTHING for the sake of the viewers they would play nothing but the buffiest games (like those two) and get a massive audience doing so.
The fact Korone, Okayu, Fubuki and some of the other girls play some debuff games for their personal enjoyment and of a tiny segment of their audience is a gift from them to that segment, which is a minority of the viewers.
2) They’re doing so with the utmost love, care and having fun while pleasing their audience but what they’re doing is called

Pekora can get regally paid for by (and even have special orchestral songs for her birthday) Square Enix or she can play Fromsoft games for free.
