With no regard for calories? I'd fry up some bacon in a pan, sauté some onions and then cook a well-seasoned burger in the grease. I would of course smash it. I'd throw a slice of cheese on there, whatever her favorite kind is, and steam it once the burger is nearly done cooking. I'd cut a fresh tomato and some lettuce, toast some buns and throw it all together with a little bit of mayo or burger sauce. I'd serve it with some homemade shoestring fries on the side.
