It looks right, adblock was originally one thing theorized to be part of the culling but it that bit wasn't consistent since I know there were some reporting they counted even with adblock. Tab-out is known and there's been more and more evidence that piles up with each passing day so it's kind of hard to argue against that one.

It tracks. Consider -> If you're not logged in, there's no way for the system to 'flag' you. Therefore it MUST be something account side, and the easiest way an AI could 'flag' an account for 'odd' behavior is off of history since they're probably gauging that the 'bots' they're trying to catch are using recommends and history to move from video to video.
Unfortunately that fucks over heavy single-topic watchers pretty badly like vtuber/APEX watchers, and relays probably cause high flagging issues as its multiple videos of the SAME TYPE, RAPIDLY, IN A ROW, IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. The system sees all those big capital-lettered things as potential issues and then mass-flags all the accounts for 'delayed verification', leading to the absolute numbers horror-show we saw at the start of the year.

Its an interesting theory and a lot of the circumstantial evidence lines up. They are experiencing unrealistically high viewership considering the standard set by previous NijiEN waves, but its only when they stream during Zhangtime. When they stream during the same timeslots that the girls usually stream they get about the same viewership as the girls. Also the vast majority of their superchats are in Taiwan bucks which would line up with mainlanders watching them via proxy.

I'm not saying that its 100% true but I will say that people have actually been sentenced to death on less circumstantial evidence. I'll just leave it at that.

Yea, the culling is NOT consistent, it never was. Only that a LOT of numbers were 'missing' until 24-48 hours later.
We don't know what the numbers look like for EN because NONE OF THEM WILL TALK ABOUT IT. Maybe Kiara will in a members only stream if a KFP asks her about it, but Gura definitely will not.
