Management didn't ban them from exploring, they just haven't been doing as much and they were all kind of confused about how the update worked. and when they found out they didn't want to explore as much. Ina and Kiara have literally done multiple just getting lost and walking in direction streams, and Ame and Gura have had collabs that were literally just treasure hunting.
Kiara just this week asked Jrnma if she could go to the JP server by herself and she can. The reason they haven't Is because they have their own server they were playing on, and the girls wouldn't go there with nothing in mind to do. They probably also never asked do they didn't know if they could. So if they didn't want to and thought they may have to ask they probably never asked management before Kiara asked Jenma.
The last one makes the least amount of sense. How many collabs have they had with how many JPs? A JP member will contact Ame, she'll day yes, and then they'll have the collab. We don't even know how anything is handled. It's probably just confirming their planned schedule and streams with their manager so of course they'd also include collabs in there whenever they may be planned or finalized. The only member we can say that there might be something going on with is Coco and for all we know that isn't the fault of anyone we actually know and could be a higher up decision. Didn't Ina talk about their producer or someone and say something like all decisions run through them? Not to mention they can interact freely all the time. They message each other and talk on Discord and shit. Remember when Ame talked about how she just had a random convo with Rushia?
Some of you just make assumptions based off of the barely any info we have, ratchet those assumptions up to the most extreme they can be, and go around as if there isn't any way you could be wrong. It's fucking annoying.
