The real advantage is that Nijisanji doesn't micromanage their talents and will let them collab with indies and generally do whatever they want. If Haachama was in Nijisanji there's no doubt in my mind they would've let her complete her horror arc and probably incorporated it into a 3D stream or something. They fully support their characters instead of stifling them and that's probably a huge deal when entering a new market you don't fully understand.
Hololive got extremely lucky that their EN branch are largely self-sufficient and don't seem to care too much about the micromanagement or collab bans, but the fanbase has certainly noticed its effects and gotten bored of them as a result. If Nijisanji can take advantage of this gap of interaction between "company vtubers" and the actual indie scene by letting their girls collab with established indies or other orgs like Pikamee or
Artemis or
Vshojo then it'd boost their exposure a lot and help establish Nijisanji in the west.
