Reine's stream on the other hand was scripted because she had already played the game several times before and could steer it towards an ending that didn't have anything yab about it, so you'll literally never experience the actual bulk of the game while watching Hololive play it.
Meanwhile indies like Pippa play it candidly and don't give a shit while actually being /here/ so they can actually make fun of it and other streamers. So even if Nijisanji did play the game, what would anyone take out of it? Sure, they can actually say sex on stream but is that all there is to it? It would just be the flavor of the month game that you're "forced" to play since I don't even think anyone is super keen to play it except for maybe Vox or Nina which are the only two people I could see playing it with the exception of a few of the other males maybe.
