>>17537652It's not only Kojima they fucked over. a lesser-known example would be the "Bemani Sound Team". basically, they're in-house music artists of Konami's music game division, Bemani, who were forced to become anonymous and credited under a general moniker, which is the Bemani Sound Team. this was met with huge backlash among the music gaming community because Konami's trying to take the credit away from the artists. it got ridiculous to the point that Bemani Sound Team artists like TAG and Taka were not allowed to do live performances and any footage of them were banned during JAEPO. Konami kinda backtracked on it by including the artist name after the Bemani Sound Team label. but still, bemani hasn't been the same since then.
